With the completion of most of Phase Ia work, the Master Plan Notes supplements the Facility Master Plan (link) and the SDC Environment Program Statement (link). This is in preparation for the MICUA Presentation on April 29, 2003 and the delivery to SDC of the Master Planning Document, by SFIA Architects-Master Builders, in mid May.
