Athenaeum International (AI) designs, manufactures and installs WorkFurniture and Armature systems that support individuals in creating their own personal work habitats.

These environment modules are designed by Bill Blackburn in Boulder, Colorado and built by Brian Russ working with a team of craftsman in our Kentucky production facility.

AI provides flexible, user-adaptable workspace components that infuse Pattern Language principles with integrated technology in healthy, affordable individual and collaborative group work spaces that address all modern knowledge-workplace tasks.

This work is integrated with the MG Taylor Architectural Practice, Jerry Headly, Architect; and work done in partnership with SFIA Architects-Master Builders, Fred Stitt, Architect with Scott Arenz and Matt Fulvio, designers.

My role in this enterprise is that of concept architect, system designer, design team member and venture guide.
