I have been part of creating many ventures: MG Taylor, knOwhere, Athenaeum International, knOwhere press, iterations, CAMELOT Excursions. These are now morphing into a new and more effective ValueWeb enterprise.

In addition, I have guided the design and implementation process of several mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of large, mature, private sector profit and nonprofit, military and government organizations - as well as - several technology startups.

Through these experiences I have come to see enterprise ValueWeb structure/processes as the principle architecture necessary for creating venture success and social value.

For me, this process is no different than designing and building buildings: a structure is created that shelters and facilitates an unfolding life. LIFE than lives as it chooses, sometimes failing, sometimes succeeding but always ultimately transforming.
