What does this system do?

It provides a comprehensive PROCESS MODEL and LANGUAGE for the entire end-to-end real estate development process over multiple iterations of LIFE CYCLES.

 

It provides DOCUMENTATION, INFORMATION and FEEDBACK (10 Step Engine) that builds an enterprise-wide KNOWLEDGE-base.

 

It builds project-specific and enterprise-wide ValueWebs (r) that have inclusion/exclusion rules, rule-of-engagement, transaction-tracking, cost/price/value formulas, document/artifact standards and tracking, time and task communications, performance tracking (of the individual provider).

 

It provides a common tool kit that augments ValueWeb member work effectiveness and team interaction. It provides interaction process and environment for collaborative design and conflict resolution.
Future versions will implement agent-based, "smart" automations.

What is the system made of?

TOTAL PROCESS MODEL with stabilizing feedback loops (definitions, standards, I/O, rule-sets, tool-sets).

 

VALUE-ADD MODEL of each step of the Total Process Model. This is of the complete process including life-cycles. It is described in agent-based language.
